Responsibilities:

• Load flights into catering vehicles and help drivers with this task.
• Perform tasks to maintain flight quality standards including such as: ensuring no items are missing, placing ice, alerting assembly about any missing carts, canisters, or bulk-loaded items.
• Assist drivers with loading, off-loading, pick-up, and delivery of goods and materials.
• Load/unload aircraft in compliance with airline and DO & CO regulations and guarantee flights are always catered correctly.
• Keep vehicles in top condition, fueling and checking them before/after shifts, and report any issues to dispatch promptly.
• Follow all airport, airline, and applicable regulations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, reporting any issues to your manager and the safety team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Proactive and self-organized.
• Capable of managing a substantial workload.
• Comfortable working alone or with a team.
• Committed to completing tasks on schedule to meet deadlines.
• Full-time availability, including evening and overnight hours.
• Physically able to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 75 pounds.
• Meets requirements for PANYNJ ID (Port Authority NY/NJ per TSA regulations, 49 CFR §1542.209).
• Possesses a valid driver’s license.
