One Inc. is evolving its product organization to be more design-led as we scale our insurance payments platform (ClaimsPay, Premium Pay, Property Pay) and consumer-facing experiences like XpressOne. The Vice President, Product Design will own the design vision, craft standards, and team for the Product organization – leading a design team of ~6+ and growing – while acting as a business-fluent partner to Product and Engineering leadership.
This role is as much about commercial judgment as it is about craft. We need someone who can translate design decisions into business outcomes, own the end-to-end customer journey, and remove friction from our highest-stakes experiences – starting with XpressOne and the broader policyholder payment journey.
