Ally Psychiatry is seeking compassionate, clinically confident Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing virtual inpatient call center team.
This is a 100% remote , full time opportunity providing overnight inpatient psychiatric call coverage and consult liaison services for hospitals across our network. Our Advanced Practice Providers work as part of a highly collaborative team alongside experienced psychiatrists, hospital staff, and behavioral health professionals to deliver timely, high quality psychiatric care.

Position Highlights Fully remote work from your home office Consistent 7 on/7 off overnight schedule Collaborative physician led psychiatry practice Inpatient psychiatric call coverage Consult liaison services for hospital partners Strong clinical and administrative support Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Opportunity to work with hospitals across multiple states What You’ll Do Provide overnight psychiatric call coverage for inpatient behavioral health services Complete psychiatric evaluations and consultations through secure telepsychiatry technology Collaborate with psychiatrists, hospitalists, emergency departments, nursing staff, and behavioral health teams Review clinical information and assist with treatment recommendations Support admissions, transfers, and continuity of psychiatric care Document encounters accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record Maintain exceptional communication with facility partners and clinical teams Why Ally Psychiatry?
