In this role, you will provide exemplary service to multiple clients, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, physicians, patients, and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for maintaining effective systems that support the timely release of accurate information, contributing directly to arenaflex’s reputation for excellence in hub services and decision-making data.This position reports to the Supervisor and Manager, offering you the support and guidance needed to succeed while maintaining the autonomy to demonstrate your organizational abilities. You’ll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients and handle a variety of tasks that keep each day engaging and meaningful.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:Information Management and Intake:Maintain effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients across the healthcare continuum. Your attention to detail ensures that critical patient data reaches the right people at the right time.Correspondence Processing:Handle all program-specific correspondence, including mail and inbound faxed documents, with precision and efficiency. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for many incoming requests, setting the tone for excellent client service.Database Management and Triage:Log all information into appropriate databases and expertly triage program-specific mail to the correct reimbursement case advocates, reimbursement specialists, and/or management team members. Your organizational skills will ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Payer Research and Territory Management:Conduct thorough payer research and manage territory assignments, contributing to efficient workflow distribution and optimal client coverage. This responsibility allows you to develop deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement landscapes.Call Volume Support:Assist with inbound call volume as needed, providing friendly and professional support to callers seeking information or assistance. Your communication skills will help resolve questions and create positive interactions.Report Distribution:Prepare and distribute daily reports, disseminating critical information to appropriate distribution vendors, reimbursement case advocates, reimbursement specialists, and management teams. Timely report delivery ensures all stakeholders remain informed and can act quickly.Collaboration and Teamwork:Maintain and promote a positive and professional working relationship with associates and management.
