We offer part time classes for citizen and non citizen adults to gain more experience in whatever niche desired.
Position Overview: You will play a crucial role in supporting our adult students with your organizational skills . This role involves facilitating virtual activities, managing enrollment processes, and ensuring an outstanding student experience from initial inquiry through program enrollment. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment, is highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current students regarding enrollment, orientation, and online activities. Coordinate and facilitate virtual events, workshops, and information sessions. Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate student records in the enrollment management system. Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to support student engagement and program initiatives. Monitor and respond promptly to student inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Track participation in virtual activities and provide reports to leadership. Identify opportunities to enhance the student experience and suggest improvements to online engagement strategies.
Qualifications: Experience in higher education enrollment, admissions, or student services preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and its applications Comfort with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or similar tools. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
