*Nebraska Accident and Injury Clinic is expanding. We provide world-class recovery and wellness solutions, and we need a high-caliber Program Growth Specialist** to put our services in front of the right decision-makers.
This isn’t a role for someone who likes to sit back and wait. We are looking for a “hunter” who can open doors, navigate gatekeepers, and sell the ROI of our specialized programs to external partners and organizations.
The Role: Drive the Pipeline
Your mission is to identify, contact, and qualify leads to grow our specialized program enrollment. You will be the first point of contact and the engine of our business development team.
*Core Responsibilities:Strategic Prospecting: Identify businesses, organizations, and professional partners that would benefit from our specific clinic programs.Aggressive Cold Outreach: High-volume cold calling and emailing to introduce our programs and secure high-value appointments for our leadership team.Lead Cultivation: Manage a rigorous follow-up schedule. You don’t let a lead go cold; you stay persistent until you get a definitive “yes” or “no.”Objection Mastery: You will face rejection daily. We need someone who can pivot, handle “not interested,” and find a creative way to demonstrate value.CRM Management:** Maintain a clean, organized pipeline of all outreach activities and appointment statuses.
