Job Description:• Independently coordinate logistics and operational activities for federal client meetings, conferences, trainings, and events• Analyze and resolve operational, scheduling, participant, vendor, and logistical issues• Serve as primary point of coordination with meeting participants, speakers, vendors, and internal stakeholders• Interpret and apply Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and agency travel guidance• Support development and implementation of workflow improvements and operational efficiencies• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and recommend solutions• Coordinate vendor onboarding and documentation processesRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in related field• Minimum of 3 years of full-time work in logistics• Experience with federal government regulations and procedures• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database systems, virtual meeting platforms, and DocusignBenefits:• Health insurance• Paid time off• Flexible work arrangements
