Your Impact • Master the Pipeline Primarily decision FHA and Conforming loans, with the opportunity to handle VA, USDA, and Bond/Grant programs. • Be the Expert Act as the strategic, go-to resource for Loan Officers and Processors to help structure complex files. • Elevate Efficiency Maintain “zero-defect” quality standards while enjoying lightning-fast turn times backed by automated workflows. • Core Certification Active CHUMS ID (FHA DE) is required. • Experience 5+ years of recent (frontline) mortgage underwriting experience in the residential mortgage space. • Tech Savvy Mastery of AUS systems (DU/LPA) and proficiency in Encompass LOS. • Work Style High autonomy to thrive in a 100 remote environment, backed by a highly collaborative virtual team.
