For our client, we are seeking a Medical Group Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $185,000 annually
Responsibilities
Conceptualize and recommend strategies for organizational development
Allocate human and financial resources effectively
Analyze and recommend budgetary allocations
Conduct administrative studies of hospital operations
Coordinate administrative activities for the Board of Directors
Foster positive external relations and innovative operations
Support the CEO in achieving profitability and strategic goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
4 years of healthcare management experience
Experience in program planning and operations
Knowledge of budget planning and control
Strong communication and leadership skills
