Building a robust financial infrastructure, the full-time Controller will oversee financial operations and accounting for a multi-clinic healthcare organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing external relationships and internal controls, with a preference for candidates based in New York City and options for remote work in select states. Key Responsibilities Own the monthly closeprocess and ensure accuracy of financial statements and reporting integrity Oversee bookkeeping accuracy and manage tax preparation workflow in partnership with external providers Implement spend management controls and improve financial discipline across teams Required Qualifications 8-12 years of accounting and financial operations experience in corporate or multi-entity environments 3-5 years of experience leading core accounting functions such as close, reporting, and audits Experience managing outsourced finance functions in a structured environment Strong technical accounting capability and operational rigor in building systems and controls Exposure to healthcare or value-based care environments preferred
