Red Pulley Technology Solutions is seeking a Health IT Training Specialist to support a federal electronic health record (EHR) modernization initiative for the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Health Services Corps (IHSC). The ideal candidate has experience delivering EHR or healthcare IT training, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to translate complex technical system changes into clear, user-friendly learning resources for a geographically distributed federal healthcare workforce. All work is performed in support of Government staff and within authorized Government-managed environments.
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Remote), with occasional onsite work required by Government
Clearance: Public Trust – Preliminary and Complete Fitness Determination Required
Employment Type: Full-Time
Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Health Informatics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience developing and delivering Health IT training in federal or regulated healthcare environments Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and role-based training approaches Certification in instructional design or a related field required Ability to translate technical system changes into clear, user-friendly training content Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to support large-scale implementations across diverse user populations U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
