Financial Sales (FinTech & Blockchain) – Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Financial Sales professional to promote and sell our fintech and blockchain-based solutions. This role focuses on delivering innovative financial products (such as digital payments, lending solutions, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralized finance tools) to enterprise and institutional clients, while achieving sales targets and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprises, financial institutions, and SMEs
Promote the company’s fintech and blockchain products, clearly articulating value propositions
Provide customized financial and blockchain-based solutions based on client needs
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Stay informed on market trends, especially in fintech and blockchain sectors, and provide feedback for product improvement
Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk, operations, and tech) to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
1–5 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B sales (blockchain-related experience is a plus)
Solid understanding of financial products (e.g., payments, lending, supply chain finance) and basic knowledge of blockchain technology (e.g., smart contracts, DeFi, digital assets)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
Existing client network or industry resources preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in blockchain, crypto, or Web3-related companies
Familiarity with SaaS or solution-based sales models
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and client data
