About the position

The Executive Assistant of Marketing provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager of Marketing and Strategy while assisting four Marketing Directors with scheduling and travel coordination. This role is critical to the effectiveness of the marketing leadership team and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a creative, collaborative setting and partners closely with leaders managing multiple initiatives, campaigns, and stakeholders. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrative partner to the General Manager of Marketing and Strategy, supporting day-to-day operational and administrative needs.Provide scheduling support for four additional Marketing Directors, ensuring efficient coordination across calendars and time zones.Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, cross-functional meetings, vendor calls, and leadership forums.Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, agendas, and expense reports.Prepare and organize meeting materials, including agendas, deck coordination, and briefing notes.Act as a key point of contact between the Marketing Director(s) and internal partners.Maintain discretion while handling confidential business information.Anticipate scheduling conflicts around key projects and events, offering proactive solutions.Assist with travel planning as requested, aligned with business priorities and company travel policies.Support planning and coordination for leadership meetings, offsites, and events.Help maintain organization and consistency across marketing leadership.Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment or an Associates Degree + 1 year experience or a Bachelors DegreeProven experience managing complex calendars and travel for multiple people.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage frequent changes and competing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Comfortable working independently while partnering closely with executive leaders.An attached resume is required.Nice-to-haves
