Job Description • Lead accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients • Review and analyze financial statements • Serve as a high-level accounting resource for complex issues • Support and mentor bookkeeping teams • Collaborate with internal teams on special projects and process initiatives Requirements • 5+ years of experience in accounting• Comfortable leading client relationships independently • Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator • Experienced in accounting for multiple small businesses or organizations • Highly organized and self-motivated • Adaptable and comfortable learning new technologies • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment • Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is required.
