We are a growing web design company seeking a motivated Sales Representative to contact warm leads and introduce our website services to small and mid-sized businesses.
This role focuses on outreach to businesses that either do not have a website or have outdated websites and could benefit from a modern online presence.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company
Identify businesses in need of new or updated websites
Clearly communicate the value of professional web design
Build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
Close sales and maintain a simple pipeline of prospects
Compensation:
100% commission-based with strong earning potential
High-ticket service with recurring referral opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable making outbound sales calls
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Prior sales experience preferred (phone sales, B2B, or services)
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
