Schedule: Full time, Day shift / This is a remote position working on day shift.

Job Description:
The Clinical Documentation Specialist is responsible for quality review of all OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care to ensure CMS program compliance. This position works closely with the Manager of Performance Improvement and Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance and excellent patient outcomes and reimbursement. The Clinical Documentation Specialist serves as a role model, consultant, auditor and Oasis expert to Home Health staff across the region.

Required Qualifications:
Education sufficient for licensure. 2 years – Physical Therapy experience in Home Health/Palliative Care. Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (Required: Homecare Homebase, preferred EPIC) . Preferred Qualifications:

The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
