Agentic AI Lead (100% Remote)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI agents that can reason, plan, execute tasks, and collaborate across enterprise workflows. This role combines leadership, AI architecture, product thinking, and hands-on technical expertise to build scalable agentic systems powered by large language models (LLMs), autonomous workflows, and multi-agent frameworks.As an Agentic AI Lead, you will define the technical vision, lead a team of AI engineers, and work closely with business stakeholders to transform complex business processes into intelligent autonomous solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership• Define and execute the organization’s Agentic AI roadmap.• Lead and mentor AI engineers, ML engineers, and prompt engineers.• Establish best practices for AI governance, safety, evaluation, and deployment.• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify high-value AI automation opportunities.Agentic AI Development• Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of:• Reasoning and decision-making• Multi-step planning and execution• Tool usage and API orchestration• Memory management and retrieval• Multi-agent collaboration• Develop AI workflows using modern agent frameworks.• Build scalable agent architectures for enterprise use cases.LLM & AI Engineering• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM-based systems.• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.• Integrate vector databases, knowledge graphs, and enterprise data sources.• Develop prompt engineering and AI orchestration strategies.Architecture & Deployment• Design production-grade AI infrastructure.• Implement observability, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines for AI agents.• Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and compliance.• Optimize latency, performance, and operational costs.Stakeholder Management• Translate business requirements into AI solutions.• Present technical strategies and project outcomes to leadership.• Drive AI adoption across departments.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.• 8+ years of software engineering experience.• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML systems.• 2+ years building or leading AI agent/LLM solutions.• Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects.Preferred Qualifications• Experience building enterprise AI copilots and autonomous agents.• Experience with model fine-tuning and open-source LLMs.• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance frameworks.• Exposure to MLOps and LLMOps practices.• Experience managing distributed remote teams.
