About the Role
Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) and Principles Recovery Center (PRC) are looking for a sharp, organized Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO. This role is the operational backbone of the executive office — keeping schedules on track, managing day-to-day tasks, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re the person who loves a clean inbox, a color-coded calendar, and a well-built spreadsheet, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
Manage the Co-CEO’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling across multiple priorities
Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing gets missed
Build and maintain Excel trackers, reports, and operational spreadsheets
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and recap summaries for internal meetings
Draft and organize correspondence, memos, and internal communications
Coordinate with department leads and clinical directors across AWA and PRC locations
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects as directed
Communicate professionally on behalf of executive leadership in both English and Spanish
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations support role
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — written and verbal — required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information
Proactive communicator who follows through without being chased
Experience in healthcare or behavioral health a plus, not required
Positive, team-first attitude — someone who takes pride in making others’ work easier
