You will design and develop online training modules and multimedia content for delivery via a learning management system.Responsibilities• Design and develop online training using instructional design, storyboard, and multimedia techniques.• Integrate and test training modules within the LMS and manage related records.• Troubleshoot training courses and monitor LMS updates or technical issues.• Implement web accessibility standards for all electronic documents and web content.• Evaluate training operations to identify and implement process improvements.Required Skills• 4 years of experience developing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.• 4 years of experience delivering training via LMS using the SCORM framework.• 4 years of experience developing web-based training that meets ADA, Section 508, or WCAG requirements.• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java (J2EE), XML, and Python.• Ability to assess and fix coding errors within online training modules.• Experience with Pathlore LMS.Preferred Skills• 4 years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud for multimedia development.• 4 years of experience using the ADDIE instructional design model.• 3 years of experience developing training for human service/planning technology systems.
