This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in a remote, performance-driven environment and are committed to coding accuracy and compliance.Open Positions• Professional Fee Coders (Mental Health Specialty)• Outpatient Coders• Clinic Coders• Same Day Surgery Coders (Observation)• Emergency Room (ER) CodersKey Responsibilities• Assign ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and/or CPT/HCPCS codes based on medical documentation• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, payer guidelines, and coding standards• Maintain established productivity and quality benchmarks• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders• Meet turnaround times and project expectationsAdditional Details• Full-time, temporary/project-based position (anticipated duration: 5–9 months)• Projected start timeframe: Mid-to-late June• Schedule based on project needs (TBD)• Competitive compensation, commensurate with experienceRequired Qualifications• Active certification required (RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, CPC)• Minimum of 2+ years of specialty-specific coding experience• Strong knowledge of coding guidelines, reimbursement methodologies, and compliance standards• Experience with EMR/EHR systems• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong attention to detailPay: From $50,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):• This is a temporary, project-based position with no guarantee of long-term employment.
