If you dispatch in your sleep and you’re ready to build something real, keep reading.What You’ll Do• Build and grow a book of carriers — cold calling, outreach, and relationship building is part of the job• Source and book freight via DAT, Truckstop, and direct broker relationships• Negotiate rates — hard. Every load matters.• Monitor carrier compliance: insurance expirations, carrier packets, broker requirements• Handle documentation end-to-end: rate cons, BOLs, check calls, PODs• Log everything through the CLD9 platform — it’s built for dispatchers, not against themWhat We’re Looking For• 3–5 years of freight dispatching or logistics coordination experience — required• You know DAT and Truckstop like the back of your hand• You can negotiate a rate without flinching• You understand compliance — and why it’s the difference between a carrier that runs and one that gets shut down• You’re self-managed, hungry, and don’t need hand-holding• Reliable home office setup: internet, phone, computerThis is a remote freight logistics role — for people who are serious about it.Compensation• Up to 50% commission split per load dispatched — no cap, no ceiling• The more you build, the more you earn.
