About the position In this role, you will support and strengthen the full employee lifecycle within a mission-driven, people-first organization operating in a collaborative and regulated environment. You will play a central role in delivering consistent, compliant, and engaging HR programs while partnering closely with leaders and employees. The position offers broad exposure across HR operations,compliance, benefits, and talent processes, with a strong emphasis on employee experience and operational excellence. This is a full-time, exempt role with a standard weekday schedule and the flexibility of remote work within approved states. Your contributions will directly support workforce stability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities • Administer and support core HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance employee experience, productivity, and operational efficiency • Partner with leadership to support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and workplace morale • Support end-to-end recruitment, prescreening, interviewing coordination, offer processes, and onboarding for exempt and non-exempt roles • Manage pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding documentation • Conduct new hire orientations and serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, payroll, and HR programs • Coordinate exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and provide insights and reporting to leadership • Support performance review cycles, including tracking reviews and corresponding merit increases • Manage employee recognition programs and internal announcements in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Oversee compliance-related HR activities including licensing, certifications, training, infection control documentation, and credentialing • Administer benefits programs and support wage and salary structure monitoring using market and demographic data • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of HR technologies and process improvements Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of general HR experience, or 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, personnel, or management, or an equivalent combination • Solid knowledge of employee relations, disciplinary processes, and documentation procedures • Hands-on experience with HR administration, benefits administration, and or payroll processes • Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security standards; familiarity with healthcare accreditation processes is a plus • Proficiency with ADP HRIS and benefits or payroll systems • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships internally and externally • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail Benefits • Salary range of $65,000 to $72,000 annually • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • Generous employer-matched 403(b) retirement savings program • Company-paid life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage • Discretionary or unlimited paid time off • Remote work flexibility within Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine • Standard Monday to Friday schedule, 830 am to 500 pm Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
