Manage calendars, scheduling, and inbox coordination.
Prepare and format documents and presentations.
Maintain organized systems, files, and records.
Coordinate meetings, bookings, and team logistics.
Support daily administrative tasks across the business.
Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist with internal communication and coordination.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role.
Experience managing multiple priorities or stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear and professional communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
Experience supporting consultants or small teams.
Experience working in remote environments.
