About the Role
USA Law Center, representing a network of 10 consumer-focused law firms, is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role includes a mix of administrative, clerical, hiring support, and basic accounting tasks.
This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to work both remotely and from our Ocala, Florida office a few days per week . We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to help keep internal systems, scheduling, and office workflows organized.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and office staff Assist with clerical tasks, document organization, and file management Help with basic accounting and administrative finance-related tasks Post job openings and assist with interview scheduling and hiring coordination Maintain accurate records, communications, and internal tracking systems Support scheduling, follow-up tasks, and day-to-day office operations Use software platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools to keep workflows organized Qualifications
Prior administrative assistant, office support, clerical, or similar experience preferred Strong organizational and administrative skills Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable using technology, software platforms, and office systems Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Able to work independently and stay organized in a hybrid work environment Must be able to work from the Ocala, FL office a few days per week Compensation & Employment Type
Pay: $25.00 per hour Employment Type: Part-Time Schedule: 20–32 hours per week Location: Hybrid remote / Ocala, FL Benefits
