About the Role
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our security operations team. This role involves managing schedules, handling urgent staffing situations, and ensuring smooth daily operations through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and reschedule security guards using the Belfry scheduling app
Answer phone calls and manage guard call-outs, absences, and last-minute staffing changes
Handle administrative paperwork and ensure compliance with government requirements
Coordinate effectively across multiple concurrent tasks and priorities
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with ability to handle time-sensitive situations
Proactive, friendly attitude with eagerness to learn
Comfortable working remotely with strong self-management skills
Availability to work weekend shifts ( Saturday and/or Sunday preferred )
Ability to work 1pm – 9pm EST preferred (flexible)
Nice to Have
Experience in the security industry or staffing/scheduling operations
Familiarity with scheduling software or workforce management tools
