Call Center Representative – Customer Service (TPL/TPR)

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to support a high-volume inbound contact center focused on Third Party Liability and Third-Party Recovery (TPL/TPR) operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering efficient and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound calls from providers, insurance companies, and clientsResearch and verify Other Health Insurance (OHI) information using external carrier systemsAccurately update medical and pharmacy insurance data within internal systemsManage and process updates from referral sources within inventory queuesPerform data entry, verification, and research tasks with a high level of accuracyMeet and exceed call center performance metrics and quality standardsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions
Required Skills & Experience
Recent high-volume call center experience (within the past year is required)Strong problem-solving and research skillsExcellent data entry and typing accuracyAbility to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneouslyStrong communication skills and attention to detail
Technical Skills (Preferred)
Experience with AWS CRM, Phoenix, OnBase, and ExcelFamiliarity with health insurance systems and processes

Consistently meeting call volume, accuracy, and quality benchmarksDemonstrating strong system navigation and multitasking abilityProviding clear, professional communication with all stakeholdersMaintaining high accuracy in insurance verification and updates
