We are looking for a dedicated and professionally-minded Customer Service Representative to join a growing remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and friendly support across multiple communication channels. This is a fully remote position open to applicants in multiple locations.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative you will handle a wide range of customer needs including general inquiries, order support, account management, billing questions, and complaint resolution. You will be expected to represent the organization with professionalism and empathy at all times, ensuring that every customer interaction ends with a positive outcome. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly in writing and by phone, and takes ownership of issues from start to resolution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and update records in the company CRM system
  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate patterns to the appropriate internal team
  • Process customer requests including account updates, order changes, refunds, and general troubleshooting
  • Meet established performance metrics including first-contact resolution rate, average handle time, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to continuously improve service quality

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, helpdesk software, and standard office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
  • Must be available for scheduled shifts including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
