Job Description: hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to support Spanish and English-speaking customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and escalate issues when necessary. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Mexico.
