Finance of America is seeking an IAM Operations Analyst I to support the administration and daily operations of Identity and Access Management systems. This role manages user access across applications, databases, servers, and networks, including new-hire onboarding, employee offboarding, transfers, and privileged access requests. Responsibilities include troubleshooting access issues, resolving tickets within SLAs, supporting user access reviews, and maintaining IAM documentation and controls. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of provisioning and deprovisioning experience, knowledge of identity security and access models, and proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and ServiceNow.
