Reporting directly to the Technology Manager, this role gathers business requirements, evaluates user feedback, and translates operational needs into scalable, user-focused solutions that align with business objectives.
The Salesforce Administrator manages user access and support, configuration, data quality, training, documentation, and platform governance while collaborating closely with our in-house Salesforce Developer on enhancements, integrations, and technical solutions.
